MONTROSE — State and local authorities are investigating the cause of a Saturday night blaze that burned three businesses and a vacant commercial space in a strip mall south of downtown Montrose. The fire appears to have begun in The Boys Bakery and spread to a Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n Bake Pizza franchise, the business offices of Developer Resource Inc. and a vacant office, according to the Montrose Daily Press.
