CHICAGO — Oprah Winfrey said Sunday she was open to the idea of going to Copenhagen next month to help Chicago sell its bid for the 2016 Summer Olympics.
The International Olympic Committee will decide among Chicago, Tokyo, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro on Oct. 2 after hearing presentations from all four cities. The top celebrity in Chicago’s delegation is first lady Michelle Obama.
