COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The Colorado State Patrol says one person has been killed and two others have been injured in a collision in El Paso County.
Troopers say a southbound sedan crossed the centerline of Colorado 115 and crashed head-on into a northbound SUV on Monday.
A woman driving the sedan was killed. Her name hasn’t been released.
The patrol says two people in the SUV were hospitalized with serious injuries. They were identified as 52-year-old Vivian Wilson of Paonia (pay-OWN’-yah) and 30-year-old Michelle Barnes of Delta.
The patrol says alcohol or drugs are suspected as contributing factors.
