BOULDER, Colo.—Boulder police are trying to find out what caused one transient to use an aerosol can and a flame to set another transient on fire.
Authorities say 44-year-old Robert Colehour received second-degree burns to his right ear and neck in the Tuesday afternoon attack outside an off-campus bookstore. Colehour was treated and released.
Police arrested 62-year-old Robert Sparks Bryon on suspicion of assault. Both are transients.
