US JUDGE THREATENED
OMAHA—A Missouri inmate in prison threatened a federal judge in Nebraska with death in a letter that contained a white powder the inmate claimed was anthrax, prosecutors said. Jeffrey Phillips of St. Genevieve, Mo., was charged Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Nebraska with threatening a federal judge and mailing a threatening letter to the judge. By Timberly Ross.
