No kidding — the first postseason of the 2009-10 school year will begin Monday, when boys golf begins district playoffs. True, they are experiencing nature’s final resurgence before the snow and cold arrive — presently, nearly every course is green and lush — but it’s the one sport season that seems to go by in a blur. At 11 courses, three classifications of competitors will have until Wednesday to qualify for the state championships on Oct. 5-6, when Class 5A will be at Saddle Rock Golf Course in Aurora, 4A at Highlands Ranch Country Club and 3A at Cougar Canyon G.C. in Trinidad.
