SEATTLE — A judge restored protection Monday for grizzly bears near Yellowstone National Park, overturning a Bush administration finding that the animals had made an “amazing” recovery. U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy said the Fish and Wildlife Service’s belief that bears would find adequate food and habitat in Wyoming, Montana and Idaho was not supported by the government’s own science.
