NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Search-warrant affidavits in the case of a lab technician accused of killing Yale University graduate student Annie Le will remain sealed for two more weeks.

New Haven Superior Court Judge Roland Fasano on Monday extended the sealing, which was requested by prosecutors, until Oct. 12. Attorneys for suspect Raymond Clark III have asked the court to keep his arrest warrant affidavit also sealed from public view.
