Evans police have arrested a third man in connection with the Sept. 12 death of Enrique Ramirez- Acosta.
Theodore Montiel, 18, has been charged with manslaughter and assault in the second degree, Evans police said. Montiel was being held Friday in lieu of $100,000 bond at the Weld County Jail.
Ramirez-Acosta, 45, was found lying unconscious on the floor of an apartment and was pronounced dead by paramedics.
Wednesday, police arrested Albert Villanueva, 19, and Steven Ortiz, 20, as suspects in the case.
