Evans Police have arrested a third man in connection with the Sept. 12 death of Enrique Ramirez-Acosta.

Theodore Montiel, 18, has been charged with manslaughter and assault in the second degree, Evans Police said.

Montiel is being held on a $100,000 bond at the Weld County Jail.

Ramirez-Acosta, 45, was found lying unconscious on the floor of an apartment at 2970 State Farm Road, according to the Evans Police Department.

Ramirez-Acosta, who suffered trauma to his head and face, was pronounced dead by paramedics, police said.

Wednesday, police arrested Albert Villanueva, 19, and Steven Ortiz, 20, as suspects in the case.

The men are being held at the Weld County Jail on suspicion of manslaughter, police said. Bail has not been set.

A motive in the case also was not disclosed.
