Denver bus riders should plan for RTD delays and detours this morning because of the Denver Marathon, scheduled from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The following bus routes will be detoured in many areas but will be allowed to cross the marathon route when possible: 0, 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 15L, 16, 16L, 20, 24, 28, 32, 38, 44, 48, 52, 83Ltd, AF, B and Mall Shuttle.
Colorado’s largest marathon includes a premier marathon, half-marathon and a four-person ING Marathon Relay that will start and finish downtown in front of the state Capitol, winding past many Denver landmarks, including City Park, Washington Park and the Santa Fe Arts District.
