Colorado flu statistics released Wednesday by the state Department of Public Health and Environment. Officials say some cases may not have been reported to the state yet.

Flu-associated deaths by age group through Oct. 17, with new cases reported last week in parentheses:

0-18: 6 (0)

19-24: 1 (1)

25-49: 7 (4)

50-64: 3 (0)

65+: 3 (1)

Total: 20 (6)

Colorado flu-associated hospitalizations by age group, through Oct. 17 (with percentage of total):

Under 6 months: 60 (5.7%)

6-23 months: 63 (6%)

2-4 years: 86 (8.1%)

5-18 years: 214 (20.2%)

19-24 years: 88 (8.3)

25-49 years: 292 (27.6%)

50-64 years: 166 (15.7%)

65+ years: 89 (7.1%)

Total: 1,058

Denver: 238

Arapahoe: 181

Adams: 150

El Paso: 87

Jefferson: 83

Counties reporting no cases through Oct. 17:

Chaffee, Conejos, Costilla, Crowley, Custer, Dolores, Gilpin, Hinsdale, Huerfano, Kiowa, Lincoln, Mineral, Montezuma, Ouray, Park, Phillips, San Juan, San Miguel, Sedgwick, Washington.
