One victim in a double shooting in Aurora remains in the hospital today, and the other has been treated and released.

Police are still looking for a suspect in Thursday’s shooting at the Florence Mini Mart store, 1445 Florence St.

The suspect, a man, fled on foot, police said.

A motive in the shooting, which happened at about 10:30 a.m., has not been released.

Witnesses at the scene Thursday said one man was shot in the chest and the other in the arm.

The store’s owner, Marie Garcia, said one of her employees was shot. Garcia, who was not at the store at the time of the shootings, said she didn’t know the second victim.
