ST. PAUL, Minn. — The mayor has breezed to a second term. Democrat Chris Coleman’s win Tuesday came just weeks after he ruled out a run for governor, saying he wanted to focus on his duties in St. Paul. Coleman, a Democrat, outpolled GOP businesswoman Eva Ng.
In Minneapolis, incumbent Democratic Mayor R.T. Rybak was up against 10 challengers in his bid for a third term.
