WASHINGTON — With two concerts and a morning of workshops for young musicians, the White House put a big spotlight Wednesday on classical music. First lady Michelle Obama welcomed young people to an afternoon concert in the East Room where child prodigies shared the stage with some of classical music’s biggest superstars. Later, President Barack Obama spoke at an evening concert with some of the same musicians.
