COLORADO SPRINGS — Police arrested a 49-year-old woman Friday night after she allegedly stabbed a 72-year-old man in the chest, inflicting life-threatening injuries.
The man, who has not been identified, was taken to a hospital in serious condition, according to Sgt. Darrin Abbink, spokesman for the Colorado Springs Police Department.
Janet Hilton was arrested for investigation of attempted first-degree murder and is being held in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.
