WASHINGTON — The Obama administration says it will propose long-sought safety requirements for motorcoaches, including seat belts and stronger roof standards.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released a plan Monday to improve motorcoach safety. It calls for issuing a rule before the end of this year.
