Attorneys for former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio said in a filing Tuesday that their disagreement with government prosecutors over the scope of his resentencing is “minimal.”

Meanwhile, the government states in its filing that the “main point of contention . . . appears to be whether the scope of resentencing is set by the court, or by the parties.”

The government said it believes the court should decide the scope, while Nacchio’s team believes the scope depends on what evidence the parties decide to present during the resentencing.
