DENVER—The Colorado Lottery’s Cash 5 game will now be played every day of the week, with the drawing expanding to Sunday.
The drawing was previously held every day except Sunday.
The Colorado Lottery said Wednesday that the drawing posted record sales this year despite the struggling economy. Lottery officials say the drawing brought in $20.8 million in fiscal year 2009 and 91 tickets hit the game’s $20,000 jackpot.
The drawing was established in 1996.
