Getting your player ready...
LINCOLN, Neb.—The first All-America honor has arrived for Nebraska’s Ndamukong Suh (en-DOM-uh-ken Soo).
The senior defensive tackle was among 25 players named Thursday to the American Football Coaches Association All-America team.
The selection of Suh as a first-team All-American represents Nebraska’s first All-America pick since safety Josh Bullocks and punter Kyle Larson earned first-team honors in 2003.
Suh also is a finalist for six major national awards, including the Walter Camp Player of the Year.
