NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CATERING EXECUTIVES: Sidney Stoper, director of catering at the Magnolia Hotel Denver, has been named the 2010 president of the greater Denver chapter. Stoper has served as the director of catering for the hotel since 2008.

KBS CAPITAL MARKETS GROUP: Promoted veteran financial wholesaler Mick Manning to executive vice president and divisional sales manager. Manning, who was regional vice president, will continue to be based in Littleton. NATIONAL JEWISH HEALTH: Promoted Andrea Harshman to continuing medical-education and project manager.
