Two men were hit by a truck that spun out of control and ran off Interstate 76 this morning, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
Pedro Salcido-Perez, 39, of Brighton sustained serious injuries and Sergio Villanueve, 17, of Brighton, sustained moderate injuries, according to troopers.
Both were rushed to Denver Health Medical Center.
Troopers said the driver, Billy Le, 53, of Denver was driving too fast for the road slickened by ice and snow at about 10:30 a.m.
Perez and Villanueve had pulled over and gotten out of their truck, because of an earlier accident, according to the State Patrol.
