WASHINGTON — The White House gate- crashers will refuse to testify if they are subpoenaed to appear on Capitol Hill, their lawyer said Tuesday. The House Homeland Security Committee plans to vote today to subpoena reality-TV hopefuls Michaele and Tareq Salahi to testify about the Nov. 24 incident.
