COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Despite frigid weather, hundreds of people lined up to see former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin in Colorado Springs during a stop on her national book tour.

Palin signed copies of her book “Going Rogue” at a Borders book store Tuesday evening.

People started lining up at 6:30 a.m. to get color-coded wrist bands, indicating their place in line, that would allow them to get into the book signing. About 1,000 were distributed.

Palin was scheduled to start signing books at 7 p.m. but got started an hour early in deference to the cold weather and large crowds.
