ENERGY OUTREACH COLORADO: Named Colorado Secretary of State Bernie Buescher to its board of directors. Buescher, a long- standing supporter of low-income energy issues, served two terms in the Colorado General Assembly, where he co-sponsored legislation that led to passage of Colorado’s voluntary energy-assistance program.
