A 65-year-old massage therapist has been found guilty by a Jefferson County jury of sexual assault.
James Allen Narcy, who owned and operated JAN Massage in Westminster, was arrested in March after a 20-year-old woman complained about an “inappropriate” massage and police began an investigation.
On Thursday a jury deliberated for two hours before returning with a guilty verdicts on three counts of sexual assault, each a class four felony, and two misdemeanor counts of unlawful sexual contact, according to a media release from the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office.
The investigation found three victims, the DA’s office said.
Narcy is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 22. His sentence could range from up to two years in prison to lifetime supervision, prosecutors said.
