Denver police on Monday named two men they are seeking in the robbery of a medical-marijuana dispensary in southwest Denver.
Police are looking for Martin Martinez, 22; and Rene Frias, 29; who are suspected of having robbed a dispensary Wednesday at 3005 W. Gill Place. A third suspect, James Leyva, 21, was held by the victims during the robbery and is in custody. He is being held on suspicion of aggravated robbery, police said.
The robbery was the 25th in Denver involving medical marijuana since July, according to police. Of those, 13 occurred in dispensaries and 12 occurred in private residences. Several of the robberies involved weapons.
