LINCOLN, Neb.—Nebraska’s Kelsey Griffin is the Big 12 women’s basketball player of the week for the second time in three weeks.
The senior forward from Eagle River, Alaska, produced 27 points, seven rebounds and three steals in Nebraska’s 88-41 win over Albany last Wednesday, playing just 22 minutes.
She hit all nine of her shots from the field, including a career-high two three-pointers, and connected on all seven free throw attempts.
