FORT COLLINS — An attorney says the owner of a defunct Windsor auto dealer has paid off all liens on trade-in vehicles, but a settlement has yet to be reached on the dealership’s license, which was suspended over the trade-ins.

The Iron Mountain Auto plex closed in early August, and more than 100 employees lost their jobs.

Affidavits of probable cause filed by the Colorado Department of Revenue say the dealership’s license was suspended July 17 for unpaid liens on 31 trade-in vehicles.
