PUEBLA, Mexico — Four Catholic priests in central Mexico have resigned after they were caught breaking their celibacy vows, officials said Wednesday. Eugenio Lira, spokesman for the archdiocese in Puebla, said the clerics were either caught in a romantic relationship or found to have fathered children.
