Outdoor enthusiasts unite

The 33rd annual International Sportsmen’s Expo runs through the weekend at the Colorado Convention Center. A leap of faith

The effervescent Amy Adams stars in “Leap Year” as Anna, a young, engagement-seeking woman who travels to Dublin to propose to her boyfriend on Leap Day, an Irish tradition. Though her journey runs off track, she ultimately reaches her destination. PG. 1 hour, 40 minutes.

Weird and wonderful

Director Terry Gilliam invites us into a modern morality tale with the colorful and wacky “Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus,” a movie about a traveling show that highlights good versus evil. Starring Christopher Plummer as Dr. Parnassus, and the late Heath Ledger as Tony. PG-13. 2 hours, 2 minutes.
