BOULDER — Police are investigating a reported early-morning home invasion that frightened a 19-year-old woman and left her with a headless Betta fish, the Daily Camera reported.
The woman said she awoke about 2 a.m. to find an unknown man standing in her apartment, according to police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley.
The woman yelled at the person, told him she was going to call police and ordered him to get out, and he fled. The woman discovered that someone had beheaded her Betta fish and taken $10 from her wallet.
