The SunBorne Cos. at Centennial InterPort, an aviation development on the south side of Centennial Airport, has leased two buildings to Sierra Nevada Corp.
The leases, with an initial term of three years, total 50,000 square feet of office and hangar facilities. The first building was occupied by Sierra Nevada in early December, and the second will be totally occupied after improvements are completed this winter.
