COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Call center operator PRC says it plans to hire 200 full-time workers over the next six months for its center in Colorado Springs, boosting its local work force to 600.
The company said Thursday it expectes to handle more incoming orders for DirecTV’s satellite television service.
PRC’s CEO Steven Richards says the new positions include sales agents, trainers and managers.
PRC, based in Plantation, Fla., says the average agent earns between $30,000 and $40,000 and receives benefits including health and dental coverage and tuition assistance.
