DENVER—Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter asked people to remember the victims of the earthquake in Haiti before delivering his final State of the State speech.
Ritter asked lawmakers, judges and state officials packed into the House of Representatives on Thursday to join him in a moment of silence.
Those on the floor and in the gallery bowed their heads before Ritter began his speech.
