At Lowry, New Home Store sales rep Justin Miles, offering new condos with nice finishes and full appliances, says he has two kinds of buyers visiting his models: ones that are just entering the market, attracted by his low prices; and ones that have already looked at many possibilities, and can’t find anything to match what he’s showing.
Right now, four months into sales, Legends at Lowry has already gone through well over half of its 45 available condominiums. Meanwhile, you can come see Legend’s models today, as New Home Store announces a program that’s likely accelerate the pace of sales even more. If you like what you see, you can hold any one of the remaining homes for only a $10 earnest money deposit.
Under FHA financing, a qualified buyer would pay 3.5% down at closing…around $3,650 on the lowest priced home (just $103,900-right now, three of those are left)…and secure a 30-year fixed rate loan at between 4% and 5% APR. The Legends has even lower government backed down payments available for some buyers; complemented by a tax credit available to those who haven’t owned in three years; Miles has details.
“If you’re somebody who wants to work in Denver and live in Denver, the other stuff can’t compete at this price,” Miles said. He adds that renters in Lowry find they’ll likely own for the same payment that’s rent now; not counting the tax deduction they get as owners.
The Legends is off Lowry Boulevard at Dayton, about a mile from Lowry’s popular Town Center with its restaurants, grocery shopping and coffee places, and closer still to new recreational attractions, including 60-acre Great Lawn Park, under development now.
Each of Legends’ models (2-bedrooms are from $140,900) is totally new, with even new fridge and washer-dryer included.
