You can call it the “grandchild factor”: older types moving to Denver not for our mountains, nor our sun, nor snow, but to be close to another commodity in good supply here–grandkids. This is a perfect week to visualize that kind of a move…and to visit some big, well appointed condos in Lowry that are ideal for that demographic…single level, two blocks from restaurants, pubs, grocery, and 24-Hour Fitness.

You can get a free Starbucks card anytime this week, just for looking over the 2- and 3-bedroom-plus-study models at Luce at Lowry town Center, just east of Albertsons, a 3-minute stroll Lowry’s Starbucks and other popular haunts. Knop adds that more than a few couples are mentioning the latter possibility…taking advantage of the low market to buy a place now, while they contemplate a permanent move. The whole condo is designed ‘light-and-bright; and in addition to the covered parking, it has additional storage space.

No need to drive at all if you’re just looking for dinner out at the Tavern, or a workout at 24-Hour Fitness, or breakfast at Delectable Egg.
