Teacher David Dunham’s fifth/sixth- grade class at Red Rocks Elementary School in Morrison has been studying the cowboy way of life as part of character education. One of Dunham’s students, Taylor Mantey, is the winner of The Denver Post’s $25 Haiku contest this week, writing this on the topic of “cowboy”:
Tough, even, quiet
