Colorado business leaders will hold a rally Thursday to tell state legislators and the governor to keep Colorado open for business as they make difficult decisions about Colorado’s economy and state budget.
Coordinated by several chamber groups around the state, the event starts at 10 a.m. on the west steps of the Capitol.
