WICHITA — The man accused of killing Kansas abortion provider Dr. George Tiller will take the stand at his trial. Defense attorney Steve Osburn said Scott Roeder will testify when the defense presents its case beginning today. Roeder is charged with first- degree murder in the fatal shooting of Tiller on May 31 in a Wichita church.
