Rather than taking supplements, many doctors and nutritionists suggest that people eat a wide variety of foods. Certain foods are packed with one or more nutrients. Here is a sampling:

Denver Museum of Nature & Science needs you

The museum is seeking an additional 100 volunteers during “Body Worlds & The Story of the Heart,” March 12-July 18, to greet visitors, distribute audio guides, take visitor tickets and offer educational opportunities. The museum will be open extended hours for this exhibition of more than 200 human specimens, including whole-body plastinates, organs and translucent body slices.
