A man was killed this afternoon when his pickup truck rolled off of Highway 85 in Douglas County and landed on railroad tracks, authorities say.
The identity of the victim is not yet known, said Trooper David Hall of the Colorado State Patrol.
The man lost control of his pickup just north of Airport Road at about 2:20 p.m. and the vehicle rolled off the highway, he said. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
The accident is under investigation.
