Construction of the $145 million One Steamboat Place has been completed.
Located at the base of the Steamboat Springs ski resort, the 468,000-square-foot complex includes 80 private, luxury residences with two levels of parking, as well as retail and commercial space, restaurants, boutiques, members-only lounge, fitness facilities and spa.
According to the builder, Haselden Construction, materials used throughout the residences are ecologically friendly and environmentally sensitive, including low volatile organic compound paints, recycled steel, energy-efficient HVAC systems and water-efficient landscaping.
