OMAHA, Neb.—Creighton guard P’Allen Stinnett will not see playing time for the rest of the season.
Coach Dana Altman said in a statement Sunday that the Bluejays’ second-leading scorer will remain on suspension until the season ends.
Stinnett was put on indefinite suspension on Jan. 25 for “conduct not acceptable to the team.” Altman has provided no further explanation.
Stinnett, a junior from Las Vegas, has averaged 9.2 points and started 15 of 20 games this season. He’s sat out the last six games.
Creighton (13-13, 8-7) is tied for fourth place in the Missouri Valley Conference and plays at Northern Iowa on Tuesday.
