A Boulder City Council gadfly was arrested Tuesday night when he stripped to his boxer shorts to address the panel about free speech and a proposed ordinance to ban nudity.
Seth Brigham, 43, a twice-failed council candidate, speaks as most council meetings, was handcuffed and escorted out of the chamber by police when he refused to leave the lecture, according to the Boulder Daily Camera.
The spectacle was carried on Boulder’s local government cable channel, which broadcasts council meetings to city residents.
“I haven’t done anything illegal,” Brigham said as he was escorted out of the building by five Boulder police officers.
