Opus Northwest LLC has hired financial adviser MorrisAnderson & Associates to help it explore its options for recapitalization.
A recapitalization of the Minneapolis-based development firm, which has operations in Denver, could take multiple forms, including a capital infusion, joint venture or sale of certain assets, the company said in a statement this week.
