COLORADO SPRINGS — A Colorado Springs judge ordered a 19-year-old man to take out a campus newspaper ad warning of the dangers of drunken driving and apologizing for the single-vehicle accident that killed his roommate.
The judge also sentenced Dylan Timothy Salazar on Friday to four years in Colorado’s Youth Offender prison in Pueblo for the death of 19-year-old David Mueller.
