A 10-month-old baby drowned in a bathtub in Longmont on Thursday morning, and police are investigating evidence of drugs in the home at the time, police spokesman Tim Lewis said.
Authorities aren’t disclosing what kind of drugs they found but said they were in plain sight.
The 27-year-old mother was a guest in the home in the 400 block of Collyer Street, along with the infant and the child’s 2-year-old sibling.
