BOULDER, Colo.—Boulder police have cited two people on alcohol charges after one of them fell about 19 feet from the roof of a sorority house, suffering broken bones and internal injuries.

Twenty-year-old Rachel Anne Feucht faces a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol. Police say she drank large quantities of beer and vodka before falling early on the morning of Feb. 20.

Twenty-one-year-old Jon Robert Stroker faces a charge of serving alcohol to a minor. Police allege he provided alcohol to Feucht.

Police say Feucht had been at a fraternity party before returning to the sorority house where she lives at 12:30 a.m. Police say she apparently climbed out of a third-floor window in an attempt to reach an outside stairway when she slid off the roof.
