A teenager who allegedly stabbed his 51-year-old mother in Falcon this morning was taken into custody a short time later, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
The woman, who was able to make her way to a neighbor’s home following the stabbing, reported that her 15-year-old son had attacked her, according to the sheriff’s department.
The boy, who had fled the home on foot, was arrested about 8:30 a.m. when he was spotted returning to the house.
He was arrested without incident.
